Keeping real estate simple with technology.

Using technology to keep real estate simple

Like everything else in the modern world, real estate as a business is changing dramatically and those changes are being driven by technology. Long since gone are the home for sale books that the local boards distributed. Hopefully, no one will ever have to chase keys across a city to show a house again. The days of having to use the agent that worked a specific neighborhood have slipped away. Heck we have reached a point where most of the paper (excepting what the banks and lawyers require) are gone from the equation. These are all great things which have benefitted realty customers and the professionals in the real estate industry alike.

Which brings me to the video ad that follows. I take the idea of the real estate transaction being so simple that all you have to do is “random things” on your phone in order to buy or sell a home. While this is a bit of an exaggeration…it is mostly true. As long as the first random thing you do on your phone is to call Realtor Robb at 317-657-8059, email me at, or reach out to me through the Blue Ribbon Team website.

Give it a watch and let me know what you think.
